Do you require a deposit or credit card to book? No

What to expect
What should I wear — do I need to undress fully? Undress to your comfort level. Most clients remove their outer clothing and keep underwear on, but it's entirely your choice. You'll always be professionally draped, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Will I be covered (draped) during the session? Yes. Draping is standard practice for every massage — your privacy and comfort come first.
What happens during my first visit? Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a brief health history form. Your therapist will review it with you, ask about your goals or problem areas, then tailor the session accordingly.
How long do sessions last, and what lengths do you offer? We offer 30/60/90-minute sessions. Pricing varies based on time and therapist/student.
Can I request a specific therapist, or a male/female therapist? Absolutely — you can request a specific therapist or a gender preference when booking. Just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I have a health condition, injury, or I'm pregnant — is massage still safe? Massage is safe for most people, and we adjust technique and positioning for injuries, chronic conditions, and pregnancy. Please note any health concerns on your intake form, or call ahead so we can match you with the right therapist and approach.
Should I eat before my appointment? A light meal beforehand is fine — we recommend avoiding a heavy meal right before your session. Staying hydrated before and after is helpful too.
Is it normal to feel sore afterward? Mild soreness, especially after deep tissue work, is common and usually fades within a day or two. Drinking water and light stretching afterward can help. Contact us if soreness persists or feels unusual.

About Our Massage School
Are sessions performed by students or licensed therapists? We offer both: sessions with our licensed, experienced therapists, and lower-cost sessions performed by supervised students in our massage therapy program.
Are student sessions lower cost? Yes — student clinic sessions are priced at $45/hour or $65 for 90 minutes, a discount compared to sessions with licensed therapists, making it an affordable way to enjoy quality massage.
Is the quality/safety the same as with a licensed therapist? Our students train under the direct supervision of licensed instructors and follow the same safety and sanitation standards as our licensed staff. It's a great option for clients looking for quality care at a lower price point, while supporting the next generation of therapists.
