Meet Your Cedar City Massage Therapists

Tom Clift
For over 25 years, Tom has helped clients reconnect with their bodies and move beyond pain. He is a 1999 graduate of Myotherapy Massage College and has worked in a variety of healing environments, including Brian Head Spa and Cedar Breaks Lodge, before establishing a private practice centered on a mind-body approach to wellness.
Tom's path began at 16, when his mother — herself a massage therapist — introduced him to the practice and later became his mentor. The teachings of intuitive healer Caroline Myss further shaped his approach, sparking an early passion and natural talent for bodywork. Over the years, he has become certified in multiple therapeutic modalities, taught extensively at massage schools, and mentored many emerging therapists with the goal of elevating the profession and expanding understanding of what skilled bodywork can accomplish.
Tom believes healing is a collaborative process. His role is not to "fix" people, but to facilitate and guide them as they reconnect with their own innate capacity to heal. He especially enjoys working with clients who are committed to meaningful, lasting change -- helping them move out of pain, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a stronger connection to themselves and their higher source. As he often says: "It is the client's job to heal, and my job to help guide and facilitate that process."
Lara Willardson
Specializing in Lymphatic massage, Lara has been a sought-after therapist for 6 years. She places a great emphasis on having meaningful conversations with her clients each time they come to see her to find out what their needs are on that particular day, and she proceeds to meet those needs in a professional and therapeutic way, specifically focusing on finding the source of their pain. Lara loves helping people feel better in every way, and her clients leave her feeling better physically and mentally–they leave as friends.
Lara graduated with her LMT from Southern Utah Academy of Healing Arts in 2018. She was inspired to go down the road of massage therapy when she witnessed first-hand the real change and healing power of massage.
"I once witnessed a client who had been told he needed back surgery. Over several months of consistent massage therapy, he built real strength and relief — and reached a point where he felt strong enough to choose not to move forward with the surgery. Seeing that kind of progress was inspiring, and it showed me firsthand the power of this work. It's something I carry into every session."

Carleen Hall
Carleen graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2008, and over the following 17 years has worked in a variety of places ranging from Nevada to Alaska to Southern Utah. She has trained and specialized in areas including alignment and life coaching, Raindrop therapy, structural work, injury recovery, brain integration, and trigger point therapy. Carleen is also a certified life and wellness coach.
Carleen has always felt drawn to help others, and she is deeply committed to finding real, lasting solutions for their pain. Her philosophy is that emotional suffering and physical pain are closely connected, and that healing often requires honesty about emotional trauma. Drawing on both her massage therapy training and her certification as a life and wellness coach, Carleen brings listening, understanding, empathy, and compassion to every session. Working with her clients to get to the heart of the matter and move forward on their healing journey.
Jamie DePoe
Jamie's passion for helping others live healthier, more comfortable lives is at the heart of her massage therapy practice. With a background in Family and Consumer Sciences and an emphasis in nutrition, she has long been interested in the connection between wellness and quality of life. Her journey into massage therapy began with a personal experience: when her husband was hospitalized following surgery and struggled to find relief, a nurse used simple massage techniques that eased his pain and noticeably lifted his mood. Witnessing that impact firsthand inspired Jamie to pursue a career helping others experience the same relief and healing.
For the past three years, Jamie has worked with clients seeking relief from pain, stress, and the physical demands of everyday life. She especially enjoys working with athletes and individuals whose bodies have been taxed by overuse, helping them recover, move more freely, and perform at their best. Jamie believes massage therapy shouldn't be a last resort — it should be a proactive part of maintaining overall health and well-being. What she loves most is seeing the difference it makes in her clients' lives: helping them feel better, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

Siona Barney
Siona has always been fascinated by anatomy and how the human body works. During this time she saw the difference that massage therapy was making in the lives of her family as they recovered from various surgeries and reached the limit of what physical therapy could provide. The shift in, and recovery speed of loved ones led her to pursue education in this field in 2021. She has been practicing ever since. Witnessing firsthand the comfort, relief, and healing that therapeutic touch can provide, Siona strives to help her clients restore their mobility and live a life alleviated from pain.
Known for her effective deep-pressure work, Siona sees a tremendous need for education in muscle health. She believes the best healthcare outcomes occur when the whole person is considered, and she values the role massage can play alongside traditional medical treatment. Siona takes pride in getting to know her clients, listening carefully, and considering the many aspects of life that influence their physical health. She maintains open communication throughout each session to ensure comfort and achieve the best possible results. Outside the treatment room, Siona is currently studying to become an art teacher and enjoys working with children. A lifelong learner with a creative spirit, she brings curiosity, attention, and genuine care to everything she does.
Maranda Tilley
Maranda is a licensed massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner who has been helping clients reconnect with their bodies and experience greater ease, balance and well-being since 2018. She believes the body holds an incredible capacity for healing when given the right environment of safety, support and attentive care. Her work blends skilled therapeutic touch with deep presence, creating a space where clients can unwind chronic tension, calm their nervous systems, and access their body's natural restorative processes.
In addition to her massage therapy training, Maranda spent 3 years apprenticing with an osteopathic physician, deepening her understanding of the body's structure, function and innate healing wisdom. This additional training allows her to draw from a broader range of assessment skills and hands-on techniques than are typically included in traditional massage or craniosacral training alone, creating a more integrative and individualized approach to care. She is especially passionate about supporting clients navigating stress, chronic pain, life transitions, and nervous system dysregulation, and approaches each session with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the unique story every body carries. Her intention is for every client to leave feeling more connected, grounded, and at home within themselves.

Dr. Neil Logan
Since opening his independent practice in 1986, Dr. Logan has been dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries, restore mobility, and live healthier, more active lives. He attended San Diego State University before graduating Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College, ranking in the upper 10% of his graduating class nationwide.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Logan has completed extensive postgraduate training in acupuncture, thermography, whiplash-associated disorders, nutrition, rehabilitation, physical therapy, adjusting techniques, and orthotics, and is a Certified Motor Vehicle Occupant Injury Specialist. He has a special passion for helping people recover after automobile accidents, believing that early treatment leads to better healing and helps prevent chronic problems down the road.
When he's not in the office, you'll likely find Dr. Logan spending time with his large family — his greatest joy — or enjoying one of his many hobbies, including home remodeling, reading, playing Halo, watching classic movies, and, according to his family, telling far too many dad jokes.
